PREPARING/PRESENTING THE HOME FOR SALE

We have written materials to share with our clients. In this market, we typically advise our clients to have the property pre-inspected and have the report available to prospective buyers. We also recommend providing a Home Warranty Policy to your purchaser. The "preventative medicine" effect of these tools can be invaluable.
