The Britting Group was a real estate company founded in 1985 on the basis of trust, integrity & reliability by my mom, Karen Britting. The business thrived until an illness prompted Karen's early retirement in 2002.
Since that time, I have found my niche within family care. I spent five years as full time nanny and then focused my efforts on assisting in the growth of a domestic assistant start-up.
With the combination of my entrepreneurial roots, immense experience in family & home care, and the desire to improve lives, I decided to revitalize the company and carry on the business and principles that helped shape my childhood. I knew that the best way to give back was to give my clients the gift no one else could give- time. Hence, The Britting Group Lifestyle Management was born. See how it all works, HERE.

Anna's dream of The Britting Group all started in 2017, sparked by her vision to provide a better balance to busy families with a foundation of trust, reliability, and integrity. Fueled by some elbow grease and her type-A personality, TBG took shape in 2018 and has helped countless families across Atlanta *and beyond* ever since. Watching the TBG family grow, seeing client's stress melt away, and providing functional organization are some of her biggest joys. Anna firmly believes that having an organized space is critical to having an organized mind, and that the little things like purging old toys or big things like moving across the country can be stress free with the right support. Since founding TBG, Anna has gotten married to her wonderful husband (and biggest cheerleader) Brad in February of 2020, and welcomed their first son, Knox, in December of 2022. When she's not at work, her days are full of diaper changes, park walks, dog slobber, good music, and a lot of love.

Cassidy | Lead Lifestyle Manager at The Britting Group
Cass began her career with The Britting Group in 2021 as Lifestyle Manager, then moved into Lead Lifestyle Manager and now leads our growing team! Previously an Esthetician and the daughter of a General Contractor, it’s no surprise Cass fell into another field requiring an “eye” for aesthetics, a role as part-time therapist, and a knack for project management. Her favorite spaces are the “scary” ones, because those are usually the most satisfying when complete, bringing clients the most relief and joy. Building and maintaining trust in client relationships is at the top of the list of most important things for Cass. She knows how difficult the organization process can be on some people and wants to be the supportive hand to hold as you walk through it. Her favorite organization tip and mantra is “one thing at a time”. Slow and steady is the name of the game for achieving and maintaining an organized space.
When Cass isn’t packing boxes like a professional Tetris player, or problem solving spaces with her team, she’s walking her two doggies, spending time with her family and boyfriend, or keeping up with the latest make up trends.

Nadia has been with TBG since Summer of 2022 as a lifestyle manager. Being in Atlanta almost her entire life, she grew up closely working alongside her dad who has embedded himself in the real estate world since the late 80’s. The Atlanta charm and seeing how quickly a space could transform sparked her interest in our line of work. Graduating from Georgia College in 2019 with a science degree, she merged the precision, communication, and forward thinking tools back into this industry where her roots were. A self-proclaimed decluttering expert, Nadia is your go-to girl for giving you clarity and peace of mind as you sort through the most chaotic of spaces. In her free time, you’ll most likely find Nadia hiking up a new mountain, playing with her dog Charlie, or searching out new coffee shops.
